Bill joined CSI in 1984 as senior vice president and quickly progressed up the ranks to president and eventually to his current position as chairman. From 1973-1984, he worked at Mark Twain Bancshares as senior vice president and CFO, and was president of Mark Twain Leasing when he joined CSI. Bill received a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 1969 and a Master of Business Administration from Washington University’s Olin School of Business in 1973. Bill served in the U.S. Army from 1969-19711.
Steve HamiltonVice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Steve joined CSI in 1983 as a corporate attorney before becoming general counsel in 1988. Beginning in 1999, he led CSI’s international expansion to Europe, Latin America, and Asia until becoming president and COO in 2008. In 2016, he was named vice chairman and CEO. Prior to CSI, Steve was an associate with law firm Susman, Schermer, Rimmel & Parker and a clerk to the Honorable George F. Gunn, Jr., on the Missouri Court of Appeals. He serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council for the College of Business at the University of Missouri - St Louis, where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1977. Steve also received a Juris Doctorate from Washington University in 1980.
Arnaldo joined CSI in 2002 as managing director of CSI Latina Financial, a holding company for CSI’s Latin American subsidiaries. In addition to serving as CSI Latina Financial’s president, he was promoted to president of CSI’s international division in 2009, overseeing subsidiaries in Europe, Latin America and Asia. In 2016, he was named president, overseeing worldwide sales and marketing. Prior to CSI, Arnaldo was managing director at El Camino Resources de America Latina, Inc; associate director of lease finance at Swiss Bank Corporation (SBC); and an analyst in the Capital Markets Group at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. Arnaldo received a bachelor’s degree in business from Audrey Cohen College in 1992.
Barry NaylorInternational Controller
Barry joined CSI in 2000 as Managing Director of our UK subsidiary before being promoted to European Director in 2008. In 2016 he was promoted to International Controller and maintains responsibility for credit underwriting in our European operations. Prior to joining CSI, Barry worked in commercial lending. He received a bachelor's degree with honours in history and economics from the University of Lancaster in 1986 and his Master of Business Administration specialising in financial services from Sheffield Hallam University in 1998.
Peter GoldsbroughCo-Managing Director, UK
Peter joined CSI in 2002 as operations director and was promoted to managing director for the UK in 2008. Before joining CSI, Peter worked as a commercial manager with a London-based law firm for two years and prior to that spent 28 years in many roles with the National Australia Bank Group. Peter graduated with a BSc (Honours) in economics and economic history from the University of Hull in 1973.
Christine CooksonFinance Director and Company Secretary, UK
Christine is finance director in the UK. She started her involvement with CSI Lifecycle Services UK Limited (then McKenzie Hughes Computers Limited) in September 1991 as an independent consultant finance advisor. In 1994 she joined full time as the company accountant. In 1999, McKenzie Hughes Computers was acquired by CSI Leasing, Inc. and in the following years Christine established and developed the accounting procedures for both CSI Leasing UK Ltd and CSI Lifecycle Services UK Ltd. Christine was appointed finance director and company secretary in 2006 and is now responsible for all the financial reporting for both companies.
Damian RushworthEuropean Brokerage Manager, CSI Lifecycle Services UK
Damian joined CSI in 2001 and specialises in IT lifecycle management and brokerage. He is responsible for overseeing the general operations of CSI’s wholly owned subsidiary, CSI Lifecycle Services UK and assists with the remarketing activities in CSI’s European divisions. Damian works closely with CSI’s North American subsidiary EPC, Inc. to ensure CSI’s quality standards are maintained throughout Europe.
